Volker Krebs and Chip Witt registered for the upcoming North American Racing League Porsche Cup Series that begins on April 27th. Both will be competing in the AM category.
The series will feature an impressive set of tracks: the tough street circuit at Belle Isle, the famed Imola, the under-rated Barber, the new (to the iRacing service) Rudskogen, the insanely fun Monza (combined w/o chicanes), along with personal favorites, Interlagos, Nürburgring Grand-Prix-Streck, and Sebring,
The car for the series, as expected from the series name, will be the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup. Not for the faint of heart, the Cup car can be a bit of handful that punishes poor driving habits harshly. While it will certainly be a challenge, both drivers are confident they are up to the task.
